Account Representatives

Account Representatives are assigned to individual buyers at client corporations, so that when you call into eWarehouse you will have the same person accountable and responsible for your satisfaction. The Account Representatives will design a custom teamed approach to each client to meet their individual, departmental and corporate needs. The team might include the departmental manager, and a representative from quality, from finance, from engineering, as needed. The teams are ad hoc in organization so that they are flexible enough to respond quickly to our clients needs.

For example, clients asked for management assistance of their "end-of-life" buys. Sometimes the buys were necessarily too large for their needs and our clients would look for help marketing the portion of product un-needed. Other times, our clients would find that a project needed sourcing and kitting services, but that the project is either too small to be efficiently handled by systems in place or needed expertise that is unavailable.

Quality Assurance

Quality Assurance performs two roles at Xelon Corporation. They set the standards for the suppliers so that the product they supply meets or exceeds manufacturers specifications. And second, they perform 100% incoming inspection of all product destined for our clients production lines. Because they do, Excel International and eWarehouse can offer the following guarantee:

"eWarehouse guarantees that the part specified by the client and supplied by us, meets or exceeds manufacturer's specification within the application guidelines, or your money back."

...If only the rest of the world offered a guarantee like that.

Human Resources

One of the things we are most proud of at eWarehouse, is the way we take care of our people. We expect that that kind of personal touch will translate itself to our clients.

  • 401K Retirement Plan - which is 100% funded by the company through Profit Sharing Plan. That plan has added a significant percentage of each employee's paycheck into the 401K.
  • Medical Insurance - our employees enjoy a choice of HMO or PPO plans through Blue Cross of California, paid for in part by the company, and it offers protection for our employees and their families.
  • Dental Plan - Xelon has negotiated a discounted dental plan for all employees.
  • Life Insurance - policies for both the employee and the spouse are available.
  • Education Allowance - specific to each employee, a reward of cash is available for the successful completion of seminars and/or college courses
  • Community Involvement Rewards- for employees that take the opportunity to participate in non-profit community involvement programs will have a contribution, in their name, made to the homeless in Ventura County, California.
  • Physical Fitness Rewards - employees setting a goal which unique to them, can receive a cash reward from eWarehouse for attaining that goal.
  • Federal and State Contributions - all employees have contributions made to the Social Security account, to Disability Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance by the company.
  • Training - depending on the job category, NEDA Electronics Training, Sales Training and Management Training is supplied. In addition, college classes and professional seminars are sponsored by the company.


  • All employees must pass NEDA Product Training comprising 5 sections / 20 hours
  • All employees must pass Practices & Procedures training
  • All employees must attend ongoing computer training and display their competency in the applications they use.
  • All employees are required to pass yearly testing of the above.
  • Employees are encouraged to participate in company-sponsored after-hours seminars and college-level classes
  • Employees are encouraged and rewarded financially for participating in community service and other activities.
  • Managers must attend ongoing management skills training
